Milton’s is focused upon crafting higher quality foods that enhance the well-being of consumers, providing crave-able products that make healthy eating a gourmet experience.
Due to strong growth, we have a part-time (20-24 hours per week) Brand Ambassador position covering Philadelphia’s suburbs, which includes customer locations in King of Prussia, North Wales, Warrington and Cherry Hill, with travel within a 50-100 mile radius. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Our Brand Ambassadors play a critical role in helping consumers learn about and try our delicious products. Brand Ambassadors conduct in-store tastings of our products (in-store demos) where consumers can experience our amazing line of crackers, including gluten-free products. They bring a personal touch and build professional relationships with our valued retail grocery customers, and they take pride in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
This position requires at least two years of prior work experience as a Brand Ambassador, product demonstrator, or outside sales, preferably with a consumer packaged goods products (CPG) company. An outgoing personality, passion for our products, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers who carry our products is a must in this high-visibility role.

The ability to be a “real-time” problem solver is very important in this role, which means that issues are viewed as opportunities to demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive attitude. Learns what works and what doesn’t, and positively communicate solutions to improve processes and outcomes (“I have some ideas that will make this easier . . . “ – and the glass is always at least 7/8 full.)
