Local Market Manager Needed – NASHVILLE, TN; SEATTLE, WA and SAN FRANCISCO, CA
The Local Market Manager (LMM) will oversee all program activity within the assigned market. This is a contract, weekly salaried position for 8 to 15 weeks. All candidates MUST be available to attend the paid LMM training in Atlanta, GA on 6/15. Travel and accommodations will be provided.
LMM Start Dates: Nashville: June 22nd, Seattle: June 29th and San Francisco: July 13th
PAYMENT: Weekly rate (based on experience) + program completion bonus + weekly travel allowance
The LMM will manage multiple teams that will be activating at retail locations Thursday thru Sunday throughout the market area, which covers a large radius beyond the metro area.
LMMs will assist with recruiting and training the local team. They will oversee scheduling, event reporting, and all program materials/supplies for their market. They will be responsible for managing inventory, replenishing supplies, monitoring timely team reports, while ensuring each team is attaining individual goals. This position will report to a Senior Field Manager.
Must be available to work all weekends and have a reliable vehicle with the ability to transport materials/supplies.
Extensive in-market travel is required each day of activation.
Strong knowledge of local market – traffic flows, staff network, etc.
Must have successful experiential/field marketing management experience with managing multiple teams and locations.
Previous Tour Management, Program Management, Account Management, and/or Experiential Marketing
All hires are employees of Geometry Global and will be paid for reported work on a bi-weekly cycle. You will NOT be an Independent Contractor.
