Deliver an exceptional and memorable experience by recommending product and service solutions to fit customer’s lifestyle needs.
Engage with consumers during planned events and through general foot traffic at Sony Square. Ensure all Sony products and services are merchandised according to plan and functioning properly.
Articulate knowledge of all things Sony in a way that turns visitors into loyal Sony Fans.
Create a “WOW” factor in every discussion with a customer, whether it’s PlayStation product, Movie, Sony Music artist or an electronic prototype.
Create a unique engagement between the customer and the Sony Brand with each experience.
Listen to a customer and connect them with the appropriate technology or entertainment need.
Maintain a working knowledge of Sony’s products and services as the Subject Matter Expert.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including late night events.
Bilingual a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Consumer electronics, retail, big box store experience preferred.
Must be tech savvy and passionate about Sony products, technology and entertainment.
Effective communication and presentation skills are essential in order to capture the attention of an individual or audience while showcasing key features and benefits of our products and services.
Proactive learner and stay up to speed with the latest market trends, news and buzz of NYC or the world, not limited to technology, innovation, entertainment, but other industries (e.g. fashion, food, culture, others).
